Privacy Policy

  1. General Provisions
    1. The policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - Policy) is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data is processed by LLC «Advenche» (hereinafter - Operator).
    2. The Policy is developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - Federal Law "On Personal Data").
    3. The Policy contains information subject to disclosure in accordance with part 1 of article 14 of Federal Law "On Personal Data" and is a publicly available document.

  3. Information about Personal Data Processing
    1. The Operator processes personal data on a legal and fair basis to fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned by law, to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, employees of the Operator and third parties.
    2. The Operator receives personal data directly from personal data subjects (hereinafter - PD).
    3. The Operator processes personal data in automated and non-automated ways, using computer technology and without using such means.
    4. Actions for processing personal data include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
  4. Processing of Client Personal Data
    1. The Operator processes personal data of clients within the framework of legal relations with the Operator, regulated by part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of January 26, 1996 No. 14-FZ (hereinafter - clients).
    2. The Operator processes personal data of clients in order to comply with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as for the purpose of:
      • accepting appeals and applications from PD subjects;
      • informing about new products, special promotions and offers;
      • conclusion and execution of contract terms;
      • provision of tourist services;
      • website traffic analysis and user experience improvement.
    3. The Operator processes personal data of clients with their consent, provided by clients and/or their legal representatives by performing conclusive actions on this website, including, but not limited to, placing an order, registering in a personal account, subscribing to a newsletter, in accordance with this Policy.
    4. The Operator processes personal data of clients no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless otherwise provided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    5. The Operator may process the following personal data of clients:
      • Surname, name, patronymic;
      • Address;
      • Contact phone number;
      • Email address;
      • Year, month, date of birth;
      • Place of birth;
      • Marital status;
      • Education;
      • Profession;
      • Income;
      • INN, SNILS.
    6. Processing of special categories of personal data is not carried out:
      1. concerning racial, national origin;
      2. political views, religious or philosophical beliefs;
      3. health and intimate life.
  5. Use of Cookies and Analytics Systems
    1. The adventure-guide.ru website uses cookies to improve website performance and analyze traffic.
    2. The website uses Yandex Metrica web analytics system to collect statistical information about website visits.
    3. Yandex Metrica collects the following data:
      • user's IP address;
      • browser and operating system information;
      • pages visited by the user;
      • time spent on the website;
      • referral source;
      • geographic location (country, city);
      • device information and screen resolution.
    4. Data collected by Yandex Metrica is used for:
      • website traffic analysis;

    5. Yandex Metrica may use collected data in accordance with Yandex privacy policy.
    6. Users can disable Yandex Metrica data collection by setting appropriate browser settings or using special extensions.
  6. Information about Ensuring Personal Data Security
    1. When processing personal data, the Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
    2. Measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing, applied by the Operator, are planned and implemented in order to ensure compliance with the requirements set out in article 19 of Federal Law-152 "On Personal Data".
    3. In accordance with article 18.1 of Federal Law-152, the Operator independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with legal requirements. The Operator, in particular, has taken the following measures:
      • appointed a person responsible for organizing PD processing;
      • developed and implemented local acts on PD processing issues, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and detecting violations of established PD processing procedures and eliminating the consequences of such violations;
      • legal, organizational and technical measures for ensuring PD security are applied in accordance with article 19 of Federal Law-152;
      • internal control over compliance of PD processing with Federal Law-152 and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, requirements for PD protection, the Operator's policy regarding PD processing, local acts of the Operator;
      • assessment of harm that may be caused to personal data subjects in case of violation of Federal Law-152, the ratio of the specified harm and measures taken by the operator aimed at ensuring compliance with the duties provided for by Federal Law-152;
      • employees of the Operator directly carrying out PD processing are familiar with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on PD, including requirements for PD protection, documents defining the Operator's policy regarding PD processing, local acts on PD processing issues;
      • In addition to the requirements of 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Operator carries out a set of measures aimed at protecting information about clients, employees and contractors.
  7. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
    1. The personal data subject has the right to:
      • receive personal data relating to this subject and information concerning their processing;
      • clarify, block or destroy their personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
      • withdraw the consent given by them for the processing of personal data;
      • protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and compensation for moral damage in court;
      • appeal against actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.
    2. To exercise their rights and legitimate interests, personal data subjects have the right to contact the Operator or send a request personally or through a representative. The request must contain the information specified in part 3 of article 14 of Federal Law "On Personal Data".
